I am working professional, in my mid 30's. I am friendly, supportive and encourage others to grow. Always helpful and kind hearted person. I am looking for a sharing space to stay during the week as on alternative weekend I will mostly go back to meet my family. I need to room where I fit a study table as well as I mostly study after my work. I need some space in kitchen as well where I can keep few utensils, some dry grains and spices. I am under strict diet plan so I mostly cook healthy meals. I eat chicken, fish and eggs. I am happy to share bath, and other light house chores. I always clean kitchen and bath after use. I need a quiet and safe place to live, I prefer to live with girls...a family would be ok as well as long as they are friendly and kind. I prefer to use living areas as well as no normal person can lock themselves in the room only. I watch TV at a very low volume and care about other routine too. Large family home near Blackmans Bay Beach, 15 minutes south of Hobart. Our family lives in a 2 storey home with our 2 boys, 11 and 8. Guest accommodation is provided on the lower level of our home (we live upstairs) and consists of a large studio space with queen bed and single bed, dining table and sitting area and adjoining lounge room with LCD TV. The accommodation also includes a kitchenette and laundry and private ensuite (shower and laundry is shared). The accommodation opens out onto a large garden with outdoor seating with amazing water views out to the Iron Pot and beyond. Blackmans Bay Beach is very safe and there are quality restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. We live in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. Our home is large and is less than 10 years old and constructed of red brick and a tile roof. It consists of 5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, spacious lounge room and family room, a well equipped kitchen and dining room. We have a sunny BBQ deck and a big garden.
