Would consider a dog if housebroken ,doesn’t chew and gets along with our dog. We have fenced in backyard . Our back yard has a nice patio and lots of plants. My husband likes to feed people! He plays the guitar and you might get a dinner and a show! I work from home some days and on Amelia Island the others. I have a art room and enjoy creating & crafting. Home only 30 minutes from beach!

I am clean, I mind my business, I will be on time with rent and I have an easy going personality, if there are any issues they will be resolved in a respectful manner, also I am easy to live with I do not complain about much often
