Hey there, my name is Kyle.
I'm a 26 year old male professional looking for a roommate to fill an empty room in a 3/2, 2000sqf home.
The home includes all the typical amenities including an in house washer and dryer, air fryer, coffee maker, slow/rice/pressure cooker, 2 refrigerators, a shared and furnished living room with a 75 inch TV, 2.5GBPS Fiber internet, utilities and water, landscaping, etc. The rent includes everything you could need. The room is unfurnished so keep that in mind please. There is an Aldi, Winn-Dixie, and a Publix within 10 minutes of the house.
About me, I work a mostly typical 9-5 in Stuart. I like lots of different kinds of music, but the two most popular genres I listen to a rock/metal and some hip-hop. I go out irregularly but it becomes much more regular once my girlfriend Nicole moves in in January. She is a 21 year old woman. There is another 23 year old man named Patrick, a good friend of mine, who is set to occupy the room come January as well. I enjoy playing video games (of course) which include Smash Bros, Zelda, and I recently built a gaming computer so I've been branching out into new games. I drink irregularly and don't do any drugs as well. I also have a 3 year old Pomsky, her name is Luma, and if you come to see the room, you'll get to meet her. She is the most loving, submissive, non aggressive pup you could imagine.
I'm just an average guy, she's just an average girl, and he's just another average guy who is looking for another average working guy or girl. I would simply like a normal well adjusted and responsible person to move in who isn't afraid to come out of their room and say hi or hang out every once in a while. The expections of being a roomate is as typical as you could imagine. Keep your space clean, help to keep the common areas clean, pay your rent on time, and just be a nice person to be around.
