I have a beautiful 3 bedroom home in a gated community with a private gym, pool, pickle ball courts and beach. It is close to bus routes and parking is available. It is 2.4 km to Downtown Kelowna, 4.9 km to Okanagan College and just 3.5 km to the hospital. There are two queen bedrooms for rent in a well lit walk out basement with a private rec room with TV. All bed linens and towels are provided. Upstairs laundry and kitchen is shared (with time frames). A full fridge/freezer is available to tenants and pantry space. This would be ideal for two students, or business/medical professionals. Cleaning of the bathroom and linens will be provided once per month (tenant is responsible for stripping the bed and remaking with fresh sheets provided). It is essential that tenants respect all common home areas and keep them tidy as well as respect the community facility rules. I live upstairs and am a mother of two grown children who have completed college and university. I appreciate the environment required to succeed in school and will make my best efforts to make my home feel warm and welcoming. Utilities and Wifi are included. Monthly rent is $1150 per bedroom. There is a min 6 monty stay.

We are a young family of four. My husband, our two young sons and myself. We have a wonderful hypoallergenic Labradoodle dog. She does NOT have access to the guest space unless guest request to see her or play with her. She is lovely! We have a specious brand new home with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms we offer have lot of light and are fully furnished. Please note that this is shared space with one other guest. Each guest has their own private room. The large living room, kitchen and bathroom is shared with the other guest. The apartment has a private entrance separate from the family. Rooms start at $90.00 per night (depending on the season) all utilities included. We are pretty social both in and out of the house and share a very spontaneous way of living. Not a lot of structure but that's not to say that there's no stability because we are very happy in our lives right now.

Home has been extensively upgraded inside 3 years ago with granite counter tops through out new flooring. Yard is fully fenced and landscaped with an abundance of fruit trees, apricot, cherry, peach and grapes also two storage sheds. Enjoy barbecuing and entertaining summer evenings on your large private deck over looking Lake Okanagan.
