I am typically reserved, I am usually very understanding of any sort of unfortunate situation and I do not mind having to pay something extra for somethin unexpected. The only thing I ask of is being aware of my income limit due to my boss not giving me the hours I ask for. My max rent says 600/mo, but I am willing to go up to 700 as the absolute max. 600 is just my preferred limit. Staying in Lancaster County is my only requirement I ask of.
