The room has a European double bed (1.4m x 2m) for single occupancy, plus a wardrobe and plenty of storage. A separate reading room with a Juliette balcony is also available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, and guests have one dedicated fridge shelf and one cabinet shelf for dry goods. Non-smoking home. Rent includes bills. We’re happy to host short stays or longer stays for the right person — especially mature students, visiting professionals, contract workers, or anyone exploring a move to Lancaster. If possible, we prefer guests to view the room in person, and we will always share a draft private lodging agreement in advance so everything is clear.
