My home is warm and welcoming. It has two twin bedrooms, which can take one or two person/s. It is a modern town/terrace house with access to the front garden and rear patio. It has extensive Wi-Fi. It is well located, near parks; local amenities; public transport; taxi; pharmacy, supermarket; libraries; places to eat; gym; places of worship and places of interest. These are within walking distance. Easy access to the city centre and universities (5 -10 mins minutes by bus) and a short drive from the airport.

A lovely single room in a lovely, 1930s semi in a lovely part of Roundhay, less than a 10-minute walk from Roundhay Park and less than 5 mins walk from buses, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The bus to Leeds city centre takes about 20 minutes. Facilities include an extended kitchen diner with a pool table and a beautiful, south-facing garden

I like to say I'm easy going but I'm also a tidy person, up for a laugh and some beers on an evening but nothing too ridiculous, got a banging sound system for if I find a place that's big enough for it, could do with a flat share or house share and would be cool if I ended up making some pals along the way!

I'm sociable. I'm responsible, tidy, enjoy walking, singing, dancing and doing yoga. I also respect people's privacy.

I’m a very outgoing person, with no smoking habits , not pets I love socialising I also appreciate silence.

I am a profession women . I’m easygoing, enjoy occasional chats or dinners, but also respect everyone’s need for quiet or alone time.

I’m super friendly ! I do however like a quiet night in so you won’t hear much noise from me.
