There are two rooms a twin single bed room and a double attic room. The bathroom is shared if there are other guests (I have an en-suite so I don’t use that bathroom), you can use the kitchen and living room. Includes bills, WiFi, and meals if negotiated before booking. Locality is fantastic, with bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and plenty of shops around. 2mins walk to frequent bus route. 20mins walk to both Universities, Hallamshire Hospital and City Centre (otherwise known as 'Town' in these parts). Must love cats as mine makes this house a home.
