Clean, respectful, adult household. My son and I both work full time out of the home. My bf occasionally comes over and my DIL comes home on weekends and college breaks. We generally keep to ourselves, watch movies or play games to pass the time if we're at home.

I have a room in my home with a queen size mattress and private bathroom. The rest of the house is shared with my husband, myself and our 3 dogs . Check in time 3:00 PM (15:00), Check out time 11:00 AM. Both times are flexible, within reason. 50% payment due at time of booking, via PayPal, Venmo or CashApp. Balance due at time of check in either in cash or above methods of payment. Full refund of deposit will be returned if cancellation is within 5 days of arrival date.

Easy going stay to myself. Smoke cigarettes but I can do that out side.
