My name is Randy Rackleff, I am going to school and working full time. I am renting a 3 bed/2 bath house in Athens and I'm looking for a roommate to help split expenses. The rent here is $1,800/month (max.) altogether not counting utilities or internet. With everything included, you may be looking to pay around $1,100. I do have 2 cats, but they are both really friendly and you don't have to worry about cleaning up after them. All common areas are already furnished and I already have pots/pans/ and utensils that you can use. The only room that you would need to furnish would be your own which has a walk in closet and an ensuit bathroom.

I pay my bills. I do what I say I'm going to do. I'll stay out of everybody's way and be as helpful as possible at the same time if you need me and live happily. I'm a very nice person. And I can toot my own horn all day long and tell you whatever sounds good but the proof is in the pudding so we can meet each other in a more person to person setting

Furnished room with comfy queen bed. Private bath on that side of the house and access to laundry and kitchen. There is an old cat who lives in the house. He is 20 and indoors all the time. He sleeps 95% of the time in my room. I am in a new development that is about 8 miles from the closest hospital. Plenty of parking on a corner lot with an open space back yard. Perfect for quiet times or star gazing.

I'm responsible and clean I look after myself i mostly stay to myself very quiet sometimes I clean after myself
