We are located in the historical west end of Hartford, which is walking distance to Uconn Law school, and about a 10minute bus ride to the University. We live in a 4 bedroom house in Glastonbury, just south and east of Hartford. There is a large kitchen and separate dining room. There is a living room and a fireplaced family room. There is a small deck off the kitchen and a larger deck off the family. Both decks lead to a generous back yard (garden) that abuts the woods. This is a quintessential New England neighborhood. Traditional style homes on tree lined streets. We have an Apple Harvest Festival annually every October during the apple harvest season. The festival is a town-wide event lasting three days that includes various rides and attractions, including booths from many of the local town businesses and politicians. Other events include the Under a Strawberry Moon Festival in June and various events held by the local town historical society.

Our home is conveniently located 5.15 ml from central Manchester Sharon enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with the different students that visit. She speaks English Dennis enjoys television, working in the yard and around the house. He speaks English No children at home but we host international students during the school year.

The room that is available is a queen size bed with dresser and night stand and walk in closet. There’s a large kitchen with a breakfast nook. Updated appliance with cups plates pots and utensils. Guest are welcome to prepare there own meal. We speak English but are welcome to all languages speakers.
