Perfect Loving Home for Students
Located in Baldwin, United States
Our family lives in a 5 bedroom home, with a college student and high schooler. We are 10 minutes to the beach and 45 minute train ride to the city (train walking distance). We live in a beautiful tree-lined community.
We have a large kitchen, w/both a formal and eating kitchen. There is a large backyard that feels like an oasis with flowers, a pool, BBQ grill and water slide. We have bicycles with a bike trails near by that our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
The Best of NY Close Beaches & City
Nearby is Long Beach, Jones beach and a host of other smaller private beaches with lifeguard until Memorial Day. We are a quick 45 minute ride into Penn Station and have malls, cafes, bars and restaurants in the area and we are a 10 minute ride to JFK.
Our Community
We live in a diverse sweet community. Our house is charming and filled with love and lots of laughter. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a library and an eat in kitchen where we love to whip up home made desserts.
