A large room 2 x single beds with ensuite, shower toilet, exercise bike, desk and chair, 43 inch tv and WiFi. House is 3 years old. Our home is 10 minutes from Maidstone Centre and train stations with access to Canterbury, the coast and London.

Large furnished double room is available to rent in a 2 bedroom shared apartment in a residential area with free parking. Flat is fully furnished and 12 mins walking from Elm Park station. Bus stop is closer by, like 5 mins walking. Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, central heating and WI-fi). Please note : Alcohol,smoking and over-night guests are not allowed in the flat.

Ingress Park is a beautiful development by the river Thames and is surrounding by lots if greenery which makes it a beautiful place for walks and picnics. I live with my husband and my son aged 20. Oh and my little dog Romeo that just loves everyone. We have a lovely sunny home with a beautiful spare double bedroom. The bathroom will be shared but it rarely used as we have 2 en-suite. The roof terrace is a lovely area for relaxing. We are close to wonderful shopping centre (Bluewater) and have the Ebbsfleet international train station and Greenhithe station.
