I have a 2 br with a 2 br apt to split. Lease is up in August but I have a GF moving out around March 1 and either need to find a RM or move to a 1 BR. It has a 2 car gargae which is awesome, great area in Gilbert to live close by everything. I am very clean and looking for same.

From AZ but fir a year in a half a go moved to Cali where I purchased a home but I broke it off with my girl friend and moved back here to get back on my feet.

I'm a workaholic who isn't home much except the weekends, I don't really drink much but I don't care if others do as long as I don't have to babysit or cleanup a mess that ain't mine we good. When I am home I'm mostly just on my computer watching movies or gaming, I'm extremely easy going guy who empathy knows no limitations. I keep it clean and expect others to do the same unless of course you want to pay me to clean up after you that's a different story. I'm the son of two air Force Sergeants so needless to say I'm a military brat who is also a bit of a hippy if u can wrap your head around that one.

I am quiet. I pay on time. I clean. I cook. I am hardly home. I am easy to get along with.
