I'm a recently divorced man with adult children. I'm looking to share an apartment with someone clean cool and friendly.

I am looking for a private room for myself to rent and my current living situation is not healthy. I am tidy and will clean up my messes after use. I am flexible with the living situation as I am single, but would like a room enough to fit a queen bed, a computer table and a closet space. I am currently working about 25 hours a week as I am in school until the end of May. I don't have any pets and I work in the medical industry. I don't smoke or drink but don't mind if you do. I work most days and pretty much all day so I won't be too much of a bother, I swear I'm as understanding and polite as I can be and don't have many issues about much. I'm needing to move pretty much asap from an unsafe environment so I hope that's not too much of a problem. But if we're finding a place together, that'll be a new cool experience for me that I hope I can get along with!

I like playing games and watching anime. I would hope my future roomate can cleqn up after themselves. Probably help learn how to cook.

The basement is currently a storage area and will eventually be the owner’s residence. Renters do not have access to the basement. Dynamics of the home: There are 5 PRIVATE rooms on the main floor in a large SHARED home just outside of Lansing on 10 acres. The main floor has a 2,150-square-foot living space. The Great Room has two turtles that live in a large low-tech tank. The home's entrances and each private room are secured with key-code locking doors; codes are unique to each tenant. Parking is available off-street and is free. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside or within 25 feet of the premises

I am Respectful clean gracious and easy to get along with. I like to spend time outdoors so i won't be in the home much.
