Because I only work part time and study, I spend a lot of time either at flying school, at work or studying quietly in my room, I won't be someone who disrupts the house, at the same time I'm friendly and always open to conversations, cooking together or just hanging out when everyone's free, I'm reliable with paying rent on time as well and following the house rules and I'll also appreciate living with people who also value the same stability. I cook simple meals, keep the kitchen clean and don't leave a mess behind, I also don't smoke, drink or party and I respect other people's privacy I'm independent but also open to help in household chores or anything that will make the household run smoothly.
