Looking for a place to stay. Hoping to find normal, laid back, and sane people. Preferably in Summit or Hoboken. I would consider North Bergen, Union City, Jersey City, and Bayonne as long as its a quick walk to the Light rail on Path.

There will be a criminal background done you meet with the landlord and go through that interview and we will need 3 references 2 personal and one from a former landlord. Also I am married but we live separately with limit visits. No wild parties no excessive traffic. Respect is the key word I will respect you and your privacy as I would expect the same. This would be good for a college student or someone just starting out.
