I live in as 55+Senior mobile home park in Sun City. I have one small dog. I'm 420 friendly. My home is clean as am I. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry that are common areas. There is also an outside patio. The bedroom is medium size furnished with double bed, dresser and bedside table. The bathroom has shower only, but it's all yours and it's right off the bedroom. We share a refrigerator and freezer. I have a small chest freezer besides the refrigerator /freezer. If we're a fit, this should be comfortable living for us both.

Goofy, classy, and easy to live with—I’m the kind of roommate who keeps the vibe fun while still respecting your space. I love a good laugh, bring positive energy, and know how to keep things lighthearted, but I’m also responsible, clean, and considerate. Whether it’s keeping shared spaces tidy, being reliable with responsibilities, or adding a little charm and personality to the home, I bring the perfect balance of fun and maturity. Basically, I’m someone you can count on for good energy, respect, and a comfortable living environment.

Move into a cozy House today! Newly-renovated and comfortable, this is the perfect place to call home. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal, making it the perfect spot to whip up a meal or two. The neighbourhood is quiet, and you won’t be far from all Temecula has to offer.

I’m easygoing and respectful of shared space. I keep things clean, stay on top of bills, and I’m big on communication so there’s no weird tension. I’m social but also understand personal space. I’m into photography, so I’m usually out shooting or working on edits—pretty low-key overall.
