I like to have fun to but not partying I'm more of a person who just likes to dance and listen to music as fun in my freetime.

I'm reliable when it comes to paying rent, its a main priority for me to pay my bills and feel safe and secured living being able to live in a cozy and comfortable housing with the odd time of maybe a little "party" here and there in order to have some social time to spend with friends and family. I also love having visitors to just come and sit in chill with me and do nothing together as a group sometimes haha anyway open to questions and somewhat easy person to the talk with.

Welcome to my comfortable home in beautiful Nanaimo! My home is on a centrally located residential street with only a few steps to public transportation, right outside the door. My home is a very short walking distance to coffee shops, a shopping mall, restaurants, a gym, grocery stores, and more. The view on my large deck is of Mount Benson with lots of nature all around, including a small lake in the neighborhood which I like to walk around regularly. My home is your perfect homestay on Vancouver Island, British Columbia! “Please note that in case of shortening the stay or leaving due to breaking any house rules, the amount paid is non-refundable.”

The suite downstairs has 2 bedrooms with it's own bathroom, kitchen and outside entrance. The yellow room has a single bed and the blue room has a single bed, as well. Small pets under control would be welcome. I have added our extra bedroom upstairs as an overflow room. If both the rooms downstairs are booked and someone is looking for a room for a couple of days, we would be happy to share our space. If you want help with your English, Susan has been a home-stay mom for foreign students at our local University, for almost 30 years and is happy to help. We have done a fair amount of travelling ourselves and love the experiences we have had. There are many delightful places to visit on Vancouver Island. Want to make s’mores?
