Decent room on Buffalo's West Side minutes away from Buff State, Elmwood Village and several other amenities/areas. I'm a 42 year old guy that's just coming off of a 9 year relationship so it's been quite a while since I've had a roommate but it shouldn't be an issue. I do have a small in tub washer and hang up dryer OR there's a Laundromat a couple of blocks away.
