Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room in a 5 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment in Crown Heights for the months of March and April, with the opportunity to sign a year lease in May. The apartment features a spacious, decorated common room/kitchen, in-building washer and dryer, and central heating. The bedroom is large enough to move around comfortably with a full bed, dresser, desk, and side table, has a small closet, high ceilings, and gets lots of light from the street-facing window. The other four roommates are very friendly guys in the 24-26 year old range, great for a round of Mariokart or tips in the gym. Utilities are shared, approx $60 per person per month. Pictures show the room as it is now with me living in it; furniture will not be included.
