An "acequia" (irrigation ditch) bubbles next to the house all summer long, and it is surrounded by 100-yr-old Cottonwood trees. It is located a 20 minute drive from the heart of old Santa Fe, New Mexico in the historic little farming village of La Cienega. More photos to be uploaded this week when house is done with remodel. We are looking for 2 roommates for the two upstairs bedrooms. Each room has its own closet and vanity area, only upstairs shower area is a shared space. Downstairs residents have bathroom as well so no one should be going up there for the bathroom from downstairs. No utilities to pay, we do own a dog (shiba inu) and 3 small indoor cats.
