Female only If you're in search of a private room for rent, I currently have 3 private rooms available in Oakland. The house has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Each private room is available for a monthly rent of $1300, and utilities are not included in the rent. Trash and water are billed every three months, while electricity is billed monthly. The house features a spacious furnished living room and kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There is an off-street parking space available and easy access to public transportation. The yard is fully fenced and includes a large backyard. There rooms for rent is for one person only in a sunny 3rd floor victorian It is a medium room 11.5 x 11 with large bay windows and a view . The room has 2 large closets and hardwood floors. It can be repainted with color of your choice. There is lots of communal space, shared dining /living area, kitchen, storage, and, split bathroom. The utilities are a shared expense. There is no cigarette smoking in the house. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. The flat was mostly repainted and most of the floors were redone about 2 years ago. The house is very clean. There are no bosch appliances or dishwasher. If you like beige this is not for you.  I am looking for a positive person who does not need to be told to take out the trash or clean up after themselves. It is required my roommate participate in a cleaning schedule If you don't have time to clean every week optionally you can pay someone to do your chores.  You must be responsible with bills and rent. With proper notification I do not mind the occasional house guest. I am way past the point of having parties or other people who do not live here around. The house is 420 friendly .
