Currently 3 of us, one moving back home soon, me (24) and my other roommate (25) will be staying. Both very chill. Not strict people, no crazy rules or anything. Overnight guest are okay. Basically if it’s cool with the landlord it’s cool with us. Prefer to keep things clean. Street parking available, we have a decent sized garage, we have a weigh bench in there but neither of us really park in there unless it’s street cleaning or something. The master is just the room that’s going to be available once our 3rd roommate moves out, not super different in size so the rent is split evenly. Water is included in rent.
