I am looking for a private room and a bathroom and mostly looking for 6 months to one year lease.

My GF and I are looking for a place to call home at the moment for ourselves but recently we have found ourselves to be homeless. We are only looking for a place to stay at until we are able to find our new home. We have a few cat's that are fixed, trained and indoor cat's that come along with US.

We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related.
