Work and homebound I will be occupying the second floor when my relatives finally leave and I will be renovating most of if not the entire house which has 4 bedrooms of which was five converted some time ago will maybe extending the third floor which has two bedrooms uncertain about other work on the house until these relatives are gone so I can get to this overdue project

I have a simple bedroom for rent in a very quiet neighborhood on the southside of Binghamton. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom that will be shared. All utilities are included. You will have your own air conditioner and the heat is included also. I am very clean and organized. I mostly keep to myself and am very considerate of others. I will accommodate the right person as much as possible.

One room for rent for working male. We are not accepting families or couples. You also cannot be on the registry. This is a short term stay and you are responsible for your own toiletries, silverware, dish soap and purchase of a mini refridgerator. The home fridge cannot be utilized. You can use the microwave or purchase your own for your room. Rental agreement is from June until September 1st. No guest... smoking is allowed as long as the window is open and air freshener is sprayed afterwards...quiet time is from 8pm until 9am.. internet is included in rent ..water and electric is not we require $50 towards electric at least one time out of the month. Payments can be made via Cash app or Venmo.
