Neurodivergent couple looking for a female roommate! We are both psych rehab counselors in the process of becoming therapists. We work a lot, when we’re home we’re usually cooking, watching a movie, or playing MTG. We’re quiet, keep to ourselves and very respectful. Looking for a dependable and respectful roommate. It would be a bonus to find someone in our age range who is also neurodivergent and into video games/mtg/d&d, but totally fine to have different hobbies/interests. We have 3 cats, so prefer to not take in any other pets. It’s a tiny but cozy first floor apartment in an amazing area! Our current roommate will be out by 8/1, we need a few days to get your room ready and will prorate rent based on what day you move in. $400 deposit that you’ll get back dependent on state of bedroom when leaving or can go towards last month of rent. It’s a month to month deal, and we ask for a 60 day notice for move out.
