With its close proximity to Fishtown, there are a variety of easily reachable amenities but even in the direct area there are quite a few spots! Super easy to drive around with easy access to I-95 - you could get to the Italian Market in about 10 minutes. Multiple parks are in the area too!
I am a new homeowner looking to rent out my second bedroom to a clean and friendly individual or couple. There is no onsite parking but all the parking in the area is free and mostly not time restricted. I am booking a professional cleaning before you move in and have some personal belongings in shared spaces (such as a couch and dining table) but you can feel free to bring any additional furniture you have! I have a cat (who is mostly outdoors) and allow for 1 pet as well (a good boy or girl - cat or dog) for no additional fees.
Only looking for a year-long lease commitment or less at this point before I move out and fully rent out the property.
I am having a new washer/dryer installed, new AC units (potentially a mini split), and the kitchen appliances are new as well. Storage is available in the basement for no extra fees.
