We are looking for roommates who are chill, responsible and clean. We prefer someone that is vaccinated. One of us is in grad school at Columbia, one works a 9 to 5 & one is a personal trainer

Since everyone living here now is in their early 20s, the most comfortable fit would be someone who in their early 20s also! Must clean common areas such as kitchen and bathroom. This is co-ed. 

The most essential qualities that I hope for is someone who respects cleanliness,who would clean up and sanitize after each use of particularly the kitchen and bathroom ..Respect is essential..
