10 minutes from the city to the sea

Our home is 100 years old, combining the charm of years gone by, with modern day conveniences. Situated in the middle of a blue chip suburb, we are 9 minutes to the CBD, or 12 minutes from the beach (by train ). Close to everything. We are a family of 3 adults, 1 dog and 1 cat. Our guest room is upstairs, with an adjoining powder room, that would be shared with 1 person. The guest room is for single guests only, with a king single bed, small bar fridge, huge wardrobe, air-conditioning and tv. Downstairs is a private guest bathroom, complete with a claw foot tub for soaking. We have a large open plan kitchen/dining/family room. We also have a library and small second loungeroom, which would be available if you wanted some privacy. We have travelled extensively, and enjoying meeting people from different places, and learning about their lives. A big part of our lives, is restoring and improving our home, so we usually always have some small project going on. This is currently 98% in our backyard, so would be of no inconvenience to any of our guests.
