Our home is in a friendly, safe neighbourhood. There are a number of very good restaurants within a 5 min walk. Public transit is also a 5 min walk. Driveway parking is available. The backyard has a beautiful garden to enjoy. The basement room is available for males, it is only the upstairs room that I reserve for females.

Looking for someone who’s looking for peace! My work schedule is up and down and I do work full time. I work downtown. The place doesn’t have to be downtown but close to the subway line! When I’m off I just want to recharge and enjoy my time off! I’m a homebody, I’m not loud, I have a senior dog ( I’d love to find something on a low level for him) and to have a balcony would be nice.
