I'm a full time student at PCC, and work part time at Clackamas town center so I won't be home often. I keep my space clean, don't have people over often. I'm flexible to house rules and fine with kids and animals. Id prefer to stay within SE Portland or the Clackamas area so I'm close to school and work. I take public transportation everywhere.

I'm good and responsible person I get along with everyone and I'm good with kids and the reason I'm looking for a place is I'm trying to start my life fresh and save up to get my own place so my kid can come home with me they lost the dad not to long ago and for them to come home I have to have a place and be able to take care of them so I'm doing everything I can to get myself stable so I can be a mom again and live life right and I'm good with making sure I pay on time and I love cleaning cause I'm very clean and organized or least I do my best and I love to just find a place that I can be able to save up and not have to worry about jumping place to place it cost to much where I can't save up but like I said I finding somewhere I can start fresh and be the responsible person that I'm trying to be and I would be grateful for someone to give me that chance and get the help I need

This is one unit in a single-family home in South Hills, Eugene. Bed and other furniture as pictures, private bathroom and separate kitchenette with toaster oven/microwave/air fryer and instant pot. Quiet neighborhood w/ Safeway, bagel shop, and wine store ~5min walk away. U of O campus ~10 minute drive away. Fast reliable internet, street parking. Driveway is very steep and unit is only accessible via stairs.

Hi, my name is Leon i am 25 years old and i want to build a future in Vancouver Canada, i apply at the moment for a Holiday Working Visa and finishing my master at the moment in germany. I am german citizen and never lived in Vancouver so i cant show you a canadian credit score or history but i can share bank statements and pay upfront or an additional fee for safety sake. I have a girlfriend in Vancouver and visited VC for 4 times the last 2 years. I will visit Vancouver on the 8th-18th Sept. 2025 and hope to live in Canada in Oktober.
