I believe that I would be a great roommate because I can totally try to match your energy, give you your space, keep the noise down, keep everything clean and tidy while not necessarily messing with your things. I've got a very lovely fish tank I would happily set up in the living area for everyone to see (if you like fish), I spend a lot of time at work and since I don't have a car at this very moment I'll likely spend tons of time travelling elsewhere. I mainly need a room(and awesome roomie) to enjoy a place with much better energy and less arguing and all the fuss.

This is a 7 bedroom house. Each room is furnished with shared common spaces, yard, kitchen and laundry. All utilities included. Two rooms have en suite baths and private entrances. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bath, and three downstairs share a bath.

Clean, quiet, like to cook, work 10-6 MF. Chill with 420 but don’t smoke.

I work full time. I’m very helpful. I clean up after myself. & I wash my dishes n dry & put away, right after use. I’m a fare reasonable person. Rotating days on bathroom duty if it’s a shared bathroom, (deep clean.) also very helpful if help is needed, I’m very kind & respectful I might even ask if my help is needed, (for obvious occasions.) don’t mind questions I might have an answer, let’s communicate. On my free time or off days I like my journals, pens, & music. A lot of my spare time is spend writing music.
