Come share my 1829 square foot home in a quiet rural community close to the two local hospitals and medical offices with me. I am on 2 acres with a wonderful safe neighborhood to take up to a 3 mile walk throughout. Great patio with smoker/barbecue grill and table seating. Bedroom is 120 sf and has a queen bed, desk/chair, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror and spacious closet. I don't allow pets as I have a cat that will not allow another pet in the home. Living room has a wood burning fireplace and is very cozy. Bathroom is a tub/shower combo and will be shared if there is another tenant in the second room.

I don’t party, I drink very little, rarely does anyone come over. I work full-time 730am to 5pm M-F. Active, not home much. No other people live here. I four twenty outside. Laid back, cars, DYI projects, hiking and camping. Quiet house, neighborhood and safe.
