I rent an apartment with other roommates and she just stays in my room. My roommates are moving to Illinois next month so I need to find a place I can afford

Interstate access two minutes away. lovely walkable neighborhood with all amenities. Four grocery stores within five minutes. Four rooms plus office and bathroom. Set thermostat at 75 degrees year round. Hardwood floors with area rugs. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies for a two day start. Thoughtfully decorated, new bed and linens. Wifi included. Private entrance. No maid service but supplies provided for use for two cleanings. If service is requested it can be provided for a charge.

I'd be a great roommate because I mind my own business and I'm a clean person . I'm not there to be watching what others are doing so I would except the same I respect all others so hopefully I get it in return I'm overall a very nice person I mind my own business
