I live in a lovely 5 bedroom Edwardian house situated in Sydenham in a residential setting. The house is 5 minutes walk to the station with trains into central London in 25 minutes! 3 reception rooms and 2 bathrooms. Large garden and family kitchen. I work for a London University and live in the home with my 2 children 23 and 14 We are a warm welcoming family who have been hosting for over 10 years. I have a valid DBS check and am able to host under 16 year old We’ve made good friends with our students from across the globe with most still in contact!. A family home with lots of laughter.

Large bright double room on 1st floor of 3 storeys terraced house in Zone 3 Forest Hill SE23. Price is for 1 guest/night, extra charge for additional guest. Long stay over 3 months can be arranged, suits someone on long holiday or short course/work assignment in London. House is max 10 mins walk to Overground station, swimming pool, supermarket & another 2 mins walk to a nearby gym, bus stops. Household cleaning supplies, shower gel, shampoo, towels, beddings are provided. kitchen well equipped for cooking.

Hi Everyone! I have 1 double bedroom to spare in Wapping. , I am friendly and have lived in London for many years. The house is really nice and clean, it is 5 min away from Limehouse tube station (DLR line, c2c train), 8 min from London city. All the trains run every couple minutes There is a night bus N15/551 from central London which stop minutes from the house there are have Saintsbury, Tesco and LIDL around, McDonalds 10 min, and loads of other shops in Canary Wharf area. Guests are welcome to make light breakfast for themselves. Sorry NO COUPLES or Pets. No smokers!!!
