I own a handyman/remodel company. No messes no drama. kids don't live with me, quite respectful, and a good friend to have around.

I'm looking for a good place to stay. The reason I say im a good roommate is I will make sure my payments are oh time, and if there is an issue, I will make sure to openly explain and let you know. I don't need a lot of space, nor do I have a lot of items, I will be working and trying to be out of the house as much as possible. I do own one cat. She is small and is super friendly. I don't have her at the moment but I would like to bring her with me. I will clean or do any chores assigned or given tasks, I will make sure anything is complete.
