I don't know what else to say besides we are responsible and pay our rent and bills and have never been evicted.

My intentions are to rent a room for myself and do not intend to have people/friends over for any reason unless I have acquired approval before hand(unlikely that this will happen at all). I currently have security deposit as well as the first 3 months rent available immediately.
