Hello, I am an IT Systems Administrator for MBK Real Estate for 7+ years, I work ~8-5pm. I am tidy and clean and very respectful of common areas as well as quiet times. I do have a female dog who is very calm indoors at all times, but friendly to people and animals. I'm happy to pay additional for any cleaning services (or I will do the cleaning myself). She can stay inside my room at all times until we go out for a walk. She is very chill and does not bark.
