Im disabled waiting for disability approval (late may) with my mom paying for the first 6 moths ($700 including utilities) of rent. My cats are both girls and fixed. They are fine with small quiet dogs. I have my own furniture (bed/bath) and want to put up some cat shelves if allowed. Im very quiet but would like to socialize. I use paratransit so I wont need a parking space. I rarely smoke or drink but I do use edibles semi regularly. Im fine with female guests but prefer to not live with any.
