I am autistic, usually quiet and without many friends, I am polite to a fault and care a lot about not imposing myself on others. I really just need a place to set up and spend time when I'm not at work, the most you'll ever even see of me is whenw I'm performing necessary tasks that require me to enter shared spaces like using bathrooms or making food, and the most you'll hear of me is perhaps through a wall when i'm taking a call or chatting with friends online. I don't really care if you smoke or have pets or anything, the only time I ever would is if they became an inconvenience to me somehow.
