I'm reliable no stressing over my portion of the rent I'd expect the same, very much an introvert but open-minded to conversing if that's your thing. Accepting of pets as I have a cat myself. I intend to work 2 jobs so mainly just need a spot for my Cat I'm minimal as for my own needs.

I recently moved to Mcallen and due to Family issues it would be wise for me to save money and rent a room for the time being until I feel more comfortable moving into my own place, which is the ultimate goal. I work as a server full time at nights and am currently seeking secondary employment for the mornings. I am clean, tidy and organized. I am quiet and don't have friends over, although I do have a girlfriend I wish to be able to visit, if not possible we can work that out. I do not mess with things that are not mine and highly value respect and courtesy. I am a musician on the side but will not be loud or play instruments inside if against wishes.
