I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and I understand the importance of clear communication to make sure everyone feels at home.

I'm physically disabled, and use a walker. Friendly, honest, and open. I'm looking for a room where I can stay while I wait for my own place: I'm on HUD waiting lists, which are 1-3 years out.
