My home is very quiet, never any problems and I've been here 10 years. There's access to 290 and Grand Parkway is directly out of the subdivision. Outlet Mall is right here. I do have a bed that can go in the room, a washer and dryer here. My Grandson has lived with me since he was 2 but just graduated and moved, a lot of his belongings are in the spare bedroom and garage and I am working on getting all of it out of the house.
