I just recently moved to Oregon and have one little dog that is very quiet.

I work as a commission based artist but will also be looking for another job upon moving. I enjoy a lot of nerdy hobbies as well as cooking. Im introverted but willing to be friends if that would make living together more comfortable. I have a cat and would like to bring him if possible.

We & have a large sized upstairs bedroom available in our 6 bedroom home. The room has a large dresser, chair, double closets,brand new mini kitchen, tv, tv-tray for eating at or working from, brand new vinyl plank flooring, area rugs, bed & bedding. Both bathrooms are shared, clawfoot bathtub with shower wand is upstairs. Access to covered front porch, full kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, laundry room's large capacity washer & dryer, yard with patio, gas firepit & BBQ. Proof of income & background check required as well as an interview. We are kind, respectful, honest. LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC friendly, sharing these values is a must. Minimum stay is 30 days & on a month to month basis, we prefer not a lot of visitors. You are expected to clean up after yourself in a timely manner, including shared cleaning of bathrooms, any mess you make in common areas & taking out your trash as needed. All utilities are included. First month's rent & a cleaning/security deposit are required up front.

We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

Quiet and clean. I don’t do much, I keep to myself outside of work. More than willing to help out with household tasks.

I am currently doing a trial separation with my wife. We would like to rent out a furnished room to help offset the apartment rent. I have three small dogs. 4 days a week I am not around due to work. The whole house other than the master bedroom is communal. The roommate would have full access. I tend to spend my weekends away from home doing hobbies. I keep my house clean and kept. I am looking for someone to do the same. I am flexible to allowing more than one but mostly the home is a peaceful place and get togethers are fine. The home has been renovated substantially since the photos. Only the master bathroom and closet are left to be renovated. Parking available up to 3 vehicles. The fire pit is nearly complete and can seat up to 8. This is a temporary situation that could turn into a long term situation. I am open to all conversations.

I moved to cali and started working with kids as a behavior technician. I plan on moving back to Oregon after September to be closer to family. A decent cheap place would be ideal.

We are gone from about 5am until around 3pm we go to bed around 10pm. We don't smoke in the house at all.
