Don't make a great roommate due to my cleanliness and my ability to or my wanting to stay to myself most of the time due to lots of work nicely so I would be there and you hardly even though I was there

Easy going clean quite very respectful work out of town in mid 30s don't shit where you eat clean after yourself. Respect others space do fair share of house hold tasks always pay bills I'm time no pets not dating so it's just me and myself and I'm always away for work

I'd make a great roomate because I am clean and very organized and respectful of space and boundaries. I am shy at first and quiet mostly but will warm up eventually don't like things to be awkward. I like to have fun to but not partying I'm more of a person who just likes to dance and listen to music as fun in my freetime.

ALL the way to the very end of folding and putting them away! (Yes, I know, I'm a weird one! 🤪 lol but in a good way though of course!) Anyhow, I also like to have my quiet alone time. AKA when I like to listen to music, and let my "Artsy-Fartsy" side come out. Drawing, Writing, Coloring, Painting, and even Bedazzling/ Decorating everyday items to make them Unique and my own. Putting my own twist on Everything! Hmmm... Let's see, what else to tell about myself? I don't want to forget anything, because I would rather put it all out on the table now so there's no surprises lol. And you can have a pretty good idea of what kind of person I am now, before I move in. 😝 I LOVE all animals! I'm like the "Community Pet-Nanny" in my groups of friends because I'm always going out of my way to check on/ take care of everyone elses pets. (Even though I do have a beautiful female cat of my own 😼 And she is a handful, that is way too smart for her own good! And is constantly keeping me on my toes and pushing my buttons to see how much she can get away with! 😸 But I LOVE her so much!! 🖤) I'm an "Undercover Nerd" I graduated Highschool with a 3.95. Because I Love learning! And that's why I'm planning on going back to school in the fall. Because I truly miss it! At the moment, I am "Self-Employed" Basically means that I do odd jobs that are listed on Craigslist and Marketplace. Which mainly includes Cleaning, Organizing, and some Yard work jobs. But I'm starting to try more difficult jobs, and trying to learn how to do a bigger variety of jobs as well. Because eventually one day hopefully sooner than later, I would like to be a "Handy-Woman" lol 👩💪 Is the easiest way to describe it. At least until I get back into school and Finally get my career started. I have a few different career ideas in mind right now, but not one hundred percent settled onto just one yet. 😁

2 Bedrooms for the price of one! This house has five bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The upstairs rooms are unoccupied, one is used for storage and the other 2 are vacant. I am renting out 2 of the rooms as a package! One can be used as a bedroom and the other, a living room. You’ll basically have the upstairs to yourself. There’s a convenient half bath at the bottom of the stairs and a mini fridge in your “living room”. There is a shared laundry room onsite.
