Honestly if you rent from me you've struck gold. It's a cheap rental and even though it's just one room, that's only because that's the only available bedroom aside from mine. you have access to the entire house and amenities including a styled living room, a shared bathroom, both bedrooms (one for you, one for me), a dining room, a backyard, and a porch. No catches here. Just need a roommate so I can continue to live as I do haha.
I feel I'd make a cool roommate because we'd always be set. I don't mind sharing and I usually find ways to get things done pretty quickly. You've got a friend in me if you've got me as a roommate. As far as my personality I'm your typical laid back, high energy, 21 year old. I try to have a wonderful spirit and drama to a minimum. I like to have friends around, you can as well.
