We are hoping to find people around that same demographic preferably another couple or preferably female if you're solo . We're hoping to stay around the Naperville/Aurora/La grange areas at about 1600/3 = $533 per person for a 2 bedroom obviously we'd pay any pet fees. Even cheaper if its a bit outside that area. We also already have most our furnishing that you can use if you want so really you'd just need your own bedroom/bathroom items but feel free to bring anything you want.
