I'm willing to do a trial period but I'm seeking something longer term and stable. Im a very easy going and even tempered woman I'm experienced with 53 years of education in this thing called life. I do smoke but smoking only outside if required. I keep busy and productive in my life even though I do not work a daily or traditional work schedule I ahave a verifiable income I am productive in my life working on improving myself every day. I believe that a person's ability to have clear communication is the key to any shared living successful situation. Whether it's busy or quiet I am a considerate house me and and flexible with the environment I will always create a relaxing environment for myself to recoup and rejuvenate. I am creative and adventurous I enjoy cooking for others learning on improving myself setting goals and achieving them and supporting others in their journey if asked. I do on occasion enjoy an adult beverage out but I am most comfortable being a homebody. I have a vehicle and steady monthly income. My budget for housing is around 500+.
