The building is in a quiet neighbourhood in Cronulla, very close to the mall, beaches and public transport. The unit is simple, nice and clean with unlimited internet. It isn't a luxury place but nice that you can named it home. If my guest get in Sydney during my time off of work I could pick them up from the airport and I provided them with two Opald cards for train, bus and ferry,

I’m Asia person, very kind and soft, I would like to provide one room for homestay for Asia student. I have husband and my son 18 Year old. I had a few years do homestay. 5 years experience look after young child. My property have 3 rooms but one room can be for homestay. It location is western subs. Near the shopping centre, 10 minutes to train station. I don’t accept pet.

The property is a newly renovated self-contained apartment underneath the main residence with lovely views across Brisbane Water. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with new appliances, and the luxury bathroom has twin showers and a big bath. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and adjoining sunroom, opening onto the courtyard. The living space comprises a warm and inviting lounge area with large screen TV, a light, bright sunroom/dining area and a big deck overlooking the pool, and with lovely views. From the moment you arrive you can relax. Curl up in front of the TV with a cup of tea or coffee (and a little treat), or grab a drink (and a snack) to enjoy on the deck while the sun goes down. We’ll even pop some wine and beer in the fridge. The kitchen is stocked with pantry basics, and the ingredients for a delicious cooked breakfast.

We are a family that loves people and travel. Lots of music and sunshine in our house. Quite area but only three minutes from lots of restaurants and buses to the city (25 minutes).

Our family lives in a 4 bed (+ cabin) house on the desirable Northern Beaches of Sydney, with two teenage children and an energetic dog. Our home is 2min walk to Newport Beach shops and cafes, 2 min walk to bus stops that take you to the famous Palm Beach (of Home and Away fame) or to Manly or the city of Sydney, and 6min walk to Newport Beach itself. Newport Beach is a safe, patrolled beach and also has a rock pool. We have a spacious open plan home, with two living areas, plus dining and large kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with spa bath), plus lots of outdoor area too. We have room for a car if necessary, and storage for bike.

Traffic noise is very low, with the house being away from the main road. Local shops only 50 metres away. Within walking distance to local athletic and aquatic centres. A beautiful newly renovated property in a very friendly home. There are 2 large bedrooms on offer, newly furnished with your own bathroom, kitchen and living area. We are happy to assist with language skills and one of the residents is a teacher so can help with english skills. There is an elderly couple and there son who live in the property. The house is centrally located in Greenacre and is very close to Bankstown (5 minute walk), Milperra, Strathfield, Chullora, Homebush and is also 15 minutes from Parramatta and 20 minutes to the City centre. There is a Bus Stop directly outside the house which will take you to major areas and train stations. Very close to UNSW cumberland campus and WSU Milperra. The house is very clean and tidy and we are very accomodating and happy to assist in any way.
